Expanded our forging capabilities in UK by acquiring Shakespeare Forging Ltd in 2015 The company performs coining, piercing, machining, N.D.T. and assembly operations on parts produced It also acts as a warehousing and logistics centre for the Group’s European and N. American activities. Shakespeare Forgings is an engineering plant which is able to add value to parts produced by it’s sister companies in India.
Another acquisition of Dykes Forging, UK. Now called RB UK.
